Compensation and HRIS Analyst


Millennium Laboratories is the leading research-based clinical diagnostic company dedicated to improving the lives of people suffering from pain and/or addiction. We provide healthcare professionals with the medication monitoring and drug detection services, clinical tools, scientific data and education helping to personalize treatment plans to improve clinical outcomes and patient safety. The Compensation/HRIS (Human Resource Information System) Analyst collaborates with Human Resource management and business partners on compensation philosophies, programs, policies and practices. Provides compensation information and tools to effectively meet human capital and financial objectives for the organization and to ensure internal equity, external competiveness, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations and organizational policies. Concurrently this position will provide HRIS system support to HR users of all levels in the organization to successfully resolve issues using problem solving and communication skills as well as working with internal and external technical resources as needed. Responsible for maintaining data integrity and all appropriate documentation related to HR systems and processes. Performs high level data integrity audits and creates complex reports for end users. Assists in implementing HR system upgrades, testing and other technical projects assigned. Accountability for training other HR personnel with reporting and system usage.
